IPL 2020: Participation of foreign players in jeopardy after fresh visa restrictions

travel to India for the IPL and said it is not yet clear on whether visas to
these players also stand cancelled.

limitations to contain the spread of novel coronavirus even as the BCCI chose
to receive a sit tight and watch arrangement for the present.
The BCCI will sit tight for the following couple of days to
choose its next game-plan after the government provided new warning with a
prohibition on all current remote visas, aside from a couple of classifications
like strategic and work, till April 15 in the wake of new positive instances of
novel coronavirus in the nation.
"It would be ideal if you allow us two days. It's

carrier told PTI on Wednesday.
India has announced 60 positive cases in the flare-up which

administration said.
